The Chemical Engineering study program is a field of study that studies engineering to produce a product with valuehigh economical. Students of this study program will develop a lot of research related to new molecular design, synthesis andchemical reactions to create an environmentally friendly society.


The educational objectives of the Chemical Engineering Masters Study Program are as follows:
1. Demonstrate professional practice skills (pedagogical, personal, social and professional competencies).needed to succeed in their professional practice;
2. Demonstrate the ability to master the theory, principles and practice of general chemistry;
3. Understand the field of chemistry education in terms of terminology from theory and practice, research, curriculum design andlearn[1]teach;
4. Carrying out research, development and practice of chemistry techniques and teaching methods, so that chemistry is taughtbecomes easy and fun;
5. Analyze educational management policies, curriculum, evaluation and teaching technology related tochemistry learning;
6. Apply knowledge obtained from research and discoveries in the learning process for developmentinstructional and curriculum;
7. Demonstrate a leadership role in general chemistry education, including specific leadership in teaching,research, curriculum and teaching.


• Can apply basic and practical principles of chemical engineering in the process industry and in various work fieldsothers in a professional manner by upholding the nobility of ethics and work ethic;
• Can conduct and develop research related to their profession and/or be ready to undertake further studies inchemical engineering and related scientific fields; as well as
• Can work effectively both independently and in a team and develop thinking skillscritical-creative, effective use of information technology, communication and leadership in the scope of work andin society.
